Approving annual budgets, managing institutional finances, overseeing fee structures, scholarships and ensuring financial sustainability of the college.
Approving faculty and staff appointments, service conditions, promotions and ensuring adequate qualified teaching staff as per NCTE norms.
Planning and sanctioning campus infrastructure development, library expansion, laboratory upgrades and hostel facilities for student welfare.
